Meet Our Founder

Introducing our Founder and CEO, Lyndsey Fitheridge. Primarily, Lyndsey is a qualified HR professional and an associate member of the CIPD. She has a solid 20 year track record in recruitment and has successfully catered to the recruitment and training needs of various local and renowned national clients.

Lyndsey embarked on her HR journey in 2004, earning her HR degree from The University of Central Lancashire. Following almost a decade in corporate recruitment, Lyndsey joined the Board of Directors at System People Ltd, a private training provider and recruitment agency. Here, she played a pivotal role in developing a successful education supply business and a professional office support recruitment agency.

The fusion of Lyndsey's interest in digital marketing coupled with her passion for recruitment, led to the inception of Foxgroves Recruitment. 

She excels in building and nurturing enduring relationships with clients and candidates which has resulted in 1000’s of successful temporary and permanent placements during her career. Lyndsey is celebrated for her transparent and forthright professional approach.
